In IMPORT ARRASATE, S.L. (hereinafter, “IASA”), we care about the personal data we process and the exact compliance with the current regulations applicable in this matter.

That is why we have developed this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “PRIVACY POLICY”) which regulates, in general, the collection and processing by IASA of the personal data that you provide as a user of the website accessible through the domain name www.ternuaexperience.com (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”), including blog services, social networks, information services “Newsletter” or any other features that are available from time to time through the WEBSITE. All this without prejudice to the specific provisions established in certain sections, forms or services available on the WEBSITE in order to provide you with the relevant information and, where appropriate, to obtain your consent.

IASA reserves the right to modify the PRIVACY POLICY to adapt it to new legislative, jurisprudential and/or administrative developments, as well as to the practices developed at any time through the WEBSITE, taking into account your rights and interests at all times.

In any case IASA will provide you with the appropriate technical resources so that you can access the PRIVACY POLICY in order to give due compliance with the information obligations that we must observe in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection.

1. Who is the Data Controller?

2. How did we obtain your data?

The data that we process in IASA have been obtained from you, through (i) the different forms that you fill out while browsing through the WEBSITE (e.g. registration as a user of the WEBSITE, forms used during the process of purchasing products through the WEBSITE, contact forms, forms relating to job offers and/or selection processes, etc.); or (ii) by sending an e-mail query.

In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and have obtained their authorization to provide their data to IASA for the purposes indicated below.

Additionally, we inform you of the possible processing of your social network data through the corporate profiles that IASA maintains available in each social network in which it is present, all under the terms and conditions established in each social network.

The provision of the data collected in the forms available on the WEBSITE is mandatory and failure to provide it will make it impossible to process your request, whether it refers to your registration as a user, obtaining information, subscribing to the “Newsletter” service or any other service available on the WEBSITE.

3. What type of data do we process?

The data that we process in IASA are those that you have provided us through the appropriate forms that we use to formalize our contact with you and / or via email, as well as those others that, where appropriate, we obtain through the corporate profiles of IASA in social networks in which we are present.

  • In particular, at IASA we process the following categories of data, depending on the use you make of the WEBSITE:

IASA does not have access to the personal data of the sender or the recipient of such shipments so that in case you use this application to share WEBSITE content you will be solely responsible for sending and data processing arising from it, keeping IASA indemnified from any consequences that may arise from it.

For what purpose do we process your data and under what legitimacy?

The processing of your personal data pursues the following purposes:

  • Manage access and use by you of the content and services that IASA makes available through the WEBSITE, including blog services, social networks or any other features that are accessible from the WEBSITE at any time.

The processing of your personal data by IASA, in accordance with the applicable regulations, is based on your consent, given at the time of collection of your personal data that you voluntarily provide us through the mechanisms provided for this purpose on the WEBSITE.

We remind you that, at any time, you may revoke your consent freely and free of charge, under the terms indicated in Section 7 below.

To whom do we communicate your data?

We inform you that your personal data may be communicated to the following third parties:

  • Agencies and Public Administrations to which, where appropriate, IASA has a legal obligation to communicate your data.
  • When you have consented, entities of the business group in which IASA is integrated (duly identified in the following link), in order to meet your requests and queries and / or send commercial communications concerning these entities and their respective activities or products.

There are no plans for international transfers of your Data.

How long will we keep your data?

In general, personal data will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent to the processing or request its deletion, as well as the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that IASA must observe.

In any case, we inform you that IASA has established internal data purification policies aimed at controlling the retention periods of personal data in its possession, so that they may be canceled when they are no longer necessary and / or appropriate for the purpose for which they were collected.

What are your rights?

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Finally indicate that you can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency), especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights. You can contact this Authority through its web page: www.agpd.es.

IASA will treat your data at all times in absolute confidentiality and keeping the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
